Emotions in marital therapy: from the triangle to the pyramid

Abstract
This work takes into account some of the transitions which most frequently
and regularly appear in a constructivist marital therapy. Since present
epistemology has shed light on the necessary role of the observer in observed
processes, the reflection of the therapist on himself has become more and
more fundamental, also from an ethic point of view. From this perspective,
it is important to consider not only clients' transitions, but also those
which can be experienced by the therapist within the marital setting.
