Abstract
The Self-Confrontation Method (Hermans, 1996) is the focus of this
paper and its relationships with measures of personal meaning and adjustment
are explored. Results suggest the personal value and meaning associated
with this process of self-exploration, and its potential value in pre-dicting
aspects of emotional and psychological well-being.
