Abstract
This paper discusses the need to find a methodology to provide psychotherapeutic
interventions at a community level where the therapist does not have direct
contact with the community members targeted. The concept of corporate constructs
is discussed and used as the basis of a model for undertaking „therapy“
at the community rather than individual level. This model is contrasted
with theories from health promotion and marketing. The results of a study
aimed at increasing the range of useful ways a community of young people
cope with problems are discussed.
