repertory grid data where either elements or constructs (or both) are common
across grids

Abstract
The use of common constructs or elements is often required in situations
where comparisons need to be made over such variables as respondents, occasions,
or situations. Such data can be readily represented with individual differences
multi-dimensional scaling models. These analyses are usually available
in statistical packages such as SPSS. Not everyone has access to these
packages which are relatively inflexible about the way the data may be
structured. GRIDSCAL is a program which runs on PC's and can be used to
carry out these and other analyses.
